Returns & Exchanges

At Vero Moda Oslo, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if a fit isn't right, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the completed return form to ensure your refund is processed accurately.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
